So the time has come to say Shay is now available for adoption.

I'm sure a lot of you have followed this poor girl's story, living on the streets with an old RTA injury, leaving her with a broken and deformed jaw, she was in a bad way when she came in and was pregnant.

Miscarriage of one and retained placenta of another, she had to have surgery to remove. Due to all her body has been through she was unable to produce milk or care for the kittens, sadly none made it although Dave and I tried all we could. There was something clearly wrong. God knows how many litters this poor girl has had.

She's now been neutered and had her first vac, pending her second.

She's had x-rays on her jaw and head, you can see the damage caused, but thankfully her jaw joint is fine so she can eat, drink and function fine.

Now we have her to full health, her feisty tortie side is showing, so can only be re-homed with one other cat, although I'm sure she will be fine with children as a totally softie with us.

She is also micro-chipped, wormed and flea treated before re-homing. Subject to adoption fee and agreement.
